Who we are

Solusjet ("we") operates solusjet.com, a private jet charter introduction service. Contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

  • Estimate requests: the route and passenger count you enter. These are forwarded to our charter partner Villiers to calculate a price and are not stored by us with any personal identifier.
  • Quote requests: the trip details and contact data you submit (name, email, phone if provided). These are passed to Villiers Jets Ltd, who contact you by email with charter options and process the data as an independent controller under their own privacy policy.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and secure the site.

Empty-leg alerts

If you sign up for empty-leg alerts we store your email address, the route you asked about, and — as proof of consent required by law — the time of your request and the IP address it came from. Sign-up uses double opt-in: nothing is activated until you click the confirmation link we email you.

We use the address for one purpose only: telling you when a matching empty-leg flight is published. We do not send a newsletter, and we do not pass your address to anyone — Villiers included. Every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe link; using it removes you immediately. Emails are delivered via Cloudflare Email Service. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, either by unsubscribing or by writing to the address on the contact page.

Data is kept for as long as the alert is active, and deleted after unsubscribing except for the consent record, which we retain to document lawful sign-up.

What we do not do

We set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own and we do not sell personal data. Partner banners on this site are loaded from Villiers and may use their own technologies under their policy.

Affiliate disclosure

Solusjet earns a commission when flights are booked through our partner links. This never affects the price you pay.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection regarding your personal data. Contact us via the details on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
